Returns:
- We accept returns of uncut and unwashed fabrics and suit dupattas within 7 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone at [phone number] (during business hours). They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your fabric.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
- Once we receive your returned fabric and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges:
- You may exchange your fabric for a different item of equal or greater value within 7 days of purchase.
- To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined for returns (contact customer service for a RAN).
- We will ship your exchange item free of charge within India. For international exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item and any additional shipping charges for the exchange item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- We cannot accept returns of cut, washed, or altered fabric.
- Remnant fabrics (less than 1 yard) are also non-returnable.
Important Notes:
- Please retain your original receipt for all returns and exchanges.
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.
